About the Texas Downtown Conference

Since 1985, the Texas Downtown Association has hosted the annual Texas Downtown Conference, the only statewide conference dedicated to downtown.

The conference attracts 250+ attendees representing cities and towns of all sizes, from every corner of Texas. Attendees include downtown and Main Street managers, economic development professionals, nonprofit staff, and small business owners.

Sessions focus on a variety of topics including: downtown management, economic development, events, leadership, marketing, preservation, small business/entrepreneurial support, and tourism/travel.
